 Once you have left your contact information with us, a lawyer will be in touch to obtain more information. 

The lawyer will then send over the Retainer contract for you to read and review. Once you have signed the contract, there will be a form for you to complete & your Lawyer will be in touch to schedule your first videoconference.

You will meet with your lawyer through videoconference to discuss your estate and drafting needs. Following the meeting, the Lawyer will draft the required documents and will send you the drafts by email to review. Once you have read the documents, let your Lawyer know if you have any additions, revisions, or questions.

Once the documentation has been approved by yourself, the Lawyer will schedule the execution and witnessing of the documentation.

Once you have approved of your estate drafts, your Lawyer will be in touch to schedule the witnessing and execution of your documentation, which will also done through videoconference. You will need to print your estate documents prior to this meeting. During the meeting, you will need to initial each page of each document (with pen and p

Once you have approved of your estate drafts, your Lawyer will be in touch to schedule the witnessing and execution of your documentation, which will also done through videoconference. You will need to print your estate documents prior to this meeting. During the meeting, you will need to initial each page of each document (with pen and paper) in front of your Lawyer and the Lawyer's witness, who will be on camera. All original notarized counterparts and affidavits will then be mailed to you.
