This package includes the following for individuals (no spouse):

a. Videoconference meetings with your licensed Lawyer as needed to answer your questions and discuss your estate;

b. The drafting and notarized execution of: 

1. Your Will;

2. Your Power of Attorney for Personal Care; 

3. Your Power of Attorney for Property; 

4. Your Letter of Wishes (with summary of assets);

5. The Affidavit of Execution.

This package includes the following for couples:

a. Videoconference meetings with your spouse and licensed Lawyer as needed to answer your questions and discuss your estate;

b. The drafting and notarized execution of the following documents for yourself and your spouse: 

1. Will;

2. Power of Attorney for Personal Care; 

3. Power of Attorney for Property; 

4. Letter of Wishes (with summary of assets);

5. Affidavit of Execution.

 Public Servants: 10% discount for public servants. 

For clients who solely require estate drafting (no execution or notarization of documents), a $100.00 discount will be applied. Best suited for clients who wish to take the drafted documents to a local notary for notarization and witnessing.
